Itinerary Outline:

Day 1 Mon / Wed / Fri - Depart U.S. for Dublin Welcome aboard your overnight flight to Dublin. Enjoy inflight entertainment and meals. Call 1-610-285-1868 for optional discounted airfares from your hometown.

Day 2 Tue / Thu / Sat - Dublin This morning upon arrival in Dublin, you will be greeted and transferred from the airport to your hotel. After checking into your hotel, you will have the day to explore Dublin via an open-top tour bus and enjoy the many restaurants and pubs this great European city has to offer. Stillorgan Park Hotel

Day 3 Wed / Fri / Sun - Dublin Sightseeing This Morning is free! At 2:00 pm set off on your afternoon tour of Dublin. See historic buildings and memorials to prominent personages as well as bustling shopping streets and colorful Georgian doors. Take a guided tour through Dublin Castle's elegant State Apartments, location of many important political events in past centuries and up to the present. This evening you drive to the Merry Ploughboy Pub for a great dinner of Irish specialties, that is followed by a show of traditional Irish songs and intricate step-dancing. (D) Stillorgan Park Hotel

Day 4 Thu / Sat / Mon - Blarney Castle & Killarney See a variety of scenery today as you depart Dublin and drive through rich farming country of the center of Ireland. Near Cashel visit a farm for tea and freshly-baked scones and learn about country life. Just outside Cork visit Blarney Castle to kiss the famous "Stone of Eloquence." Also visit the Blarney Woollen Mills to shop for quality goods under one roof. Continue towards the mountainous country of Kerry and into Killarney. After dinner, perhaps explore one of Killarney's famous singing pubs. (B, D) Killarney Towers Hotel

Day 5 Fri / Sun / Tue - Today you will be escorted around the broad Iveragh peninsula that carries the famous 'Ring of Kerr' road. This winding route reveals breathtaking sights of the Macgillycuddy's Reeks as well as coastal views of beaches and cliffs. Just outside of Killarney you will stop near the Gap of Dunloe to see "Essence of Kerry", an audio-visual presentationabout the region. You will cross the bridge to Valencia Island to visit the Skellig Experience. You'll learn about the life of early christian monks and abundant bird wildlife who inhabited the islands. You will condinue your journey through Cahirciveen and Waterville with a stop at Moll's Gap for a view of the Three Lakes of Killarney. (B) Killarney Towers Hotel

Day 6 Sat / Mon / Wed - Cliffs of Moher & Banquet - Depart Killarney and travel to Tarbert to take a short ferry ride across the River Shannon Estuary. Your tour continues along the Clare coast to the Cliffs of Moher, which rise 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. Drive to the Shannonside region to check into your hotel. This evening a medieval banquet and evocative entertainment in Bunratty Castle will take you back in spirit to the Middle Ages. (B, D) Bunratty Castle Hotel

Day 7 Sun / Tue / Thu - Shannon Region This morning you will claim you vehicle to start your self-drive portion of your vacation. You can go back and visit your favorite places or venture out and explore uncharted territories. Full Irish Breakfast served daily at your B&B.; Open B&B Voucher
